June 5. It is celebrated to remind people to not take nature for
granted, take care of it act wisely. This years' World Environment Day
2020’s theme is ‘Celebrate Biodiversity‘, last year it was Air
Pollution. Our B-town celebs have been using social media platforms to
spread awareness about the environment. So we bring you some delightful

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is a nature
lover. The 'Bharat' actor enjoys planting trees. We often get to see his
pictures planting saplings at his Panvel farmhouse. Salman is fond of
Animals and he also breeds pets. The actor has horses too and he has
named them Bajrangi and Bhaijaan. The actor also takes part in the

Alia Bhatt appreciated the beauty of nature
and her Instagram handle proves the same. She had also started a new
initiative titled CoExist, which was aimed at reducing the conflict
between humans, animals and the environment. A few years back, the
actress even took a part in #BeatPlasticPollution initiative,
highlighting the ill-effects of plastic. She also invited her co-star to
be a part of the initiative.

Kangana Ranaut not only impresses her fans
with her stellar performances but also inspire them to take care of our
mother nature. Whenever she visits her hometown the diva makes sure to
plant the saplings around her Manali bungalow. She also supports
initiatives supporting environmental well-being. Last year, the diva
Kangana planted seeds and even helped prepare saplings which were sent
to farmers under an awareness initiative.
