Dang, April 5 The Ghorahi-Tulsipur Four-Lane Road Struggle Campaign has announced a ban on the entry of ministers and lawmakers into Dang.
The campaign has put up banners at Ghorahi's Chowk with information that elected lawmakers from Dang have been barred from entering the district, saying that many people have died due to the stranded Ghorahi Tulsipur road.
According to the campaign, ministers and lawmakers will be barred from entering the district until the construction of the road picks up pace. Despite winning the election by making the road an issue, the ministers and lawmakers have betrayed and barred them from entering the district until the construction work picks up pace.
Minister for Communications Rekha Sharma, lawmakers Deepak Giri, Metmani Chaudhary, Dilli Chaudhary, Raju Khanal, Dhan Bahadur Maski, Prachanda Bikram Neupane, Anurag Khadka and Indrajit Tharu have been barred from entering the district.
