We are delighted that DFW-Himalayas FC, backed by Veritis Group, has clinched the 7thNepali New Year Cup at Grapevine, Texas.
The tournament was quite sprightly, and Veritis, one of the event sponsors, was delighted to be associated with the occasion.
The icing on the cake was winning the cup after facing off against FC Goalbuster on May 29, and we look forward to gaming opportunities to make our mark.
The 26-year-old beauty became the third Mexican woman to win the ultimate crown of the beauty pageant.
Mexican beauty queen Andrea Meza has bagged the prestigious ‘Miss Universe 2021’ award on Sunday in Florida, beating out Miss Brazil and Miss Peru.
Miss Universe 2019 winner Zozibini Tunzi, the first black woman from South Africa to win the title, has crowned the new Miss Universe.
Meza, a model, and a software engineer had to compete with 73 other gorgeous beauties from across the world to bag the coveted title of the 69th Miss Universe pageant held at the Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood Hotel in Florida on May 16.
The 26-year-old beauty became the third Mexican woman to win the ultimate crown of the Miss Universe pageant.
When asked to address the topic of changing beauty standards during the final statement round, the Mexican beauty wowed the selection community with her brain.
“We live in a society that more and more is more advanced, and as we have advanced as a society, we have advanced with stereotypes. Nowadays, beauty is not only the way we look. For me, beauty radiates not only in our spirits but also in our hearts and the way we conduct ourselves. Never permit someone to tell you that you are not valuable,” she said.
Mario Lopez, “Access Hollywood” fame and former Miss Universe Olivia Culpo co-hosted the pageant, which featured a special performance by Luis Fonsi.
Meanwhile, Miss Nepal Anshika Sharma sported a special white jacket to pay tribute to the Sherpas, who regularly serve as climbing guides for Mount Everest expeditions. However, the Nepali beauty didn’t make it to Top 21.

For the Diwali bash, the Tiger 3 actor wore an embellished sheer black saree with a bedazzled black blouse. Keeping it elegant, Katrina picked dazzling earrings and bangles. She even opted for dewy makeup, smoky eyes and soft pink lipstick for the event. As usual, Katrina looks ethereal.

Never thought velvet will look this beautiful and regal, all thanks to the Shershaah actor who picked a stunning navy-blue velvet lehenga for Amritpal Singh’s Diwali party. Keeping it very real and subtle, Kiara chose dewy makeup and picked only a heavy choker to round her look. We absolutely love the subtle charm.

Ananya looked beautiful when she picked a bright red lightly embellished saree that she paired with the matching bustier blouse. Opting for minimal makeup and soft curls, Ananya has definitely made it to the best-dressed actors’ list.

Just like her movie choices, Janhvi is also picking sartorial choices when it comes to fashion. If you go through her previous Diwali fashion, this time, Janhvi picked a subdued version of it. She was seen dazzling in a silver sequin saree that she paired with a sleeveless blouse, enhancing her assets. Opting for a bronze makeup undertone and only silver earrings, Janhvi looked sizzling.

Our Punjabi Munda Vicky looks suave and handsome. He picked a bandhani print black kurta with zari work on the chest. Rolling up his sleeves, the Sardar Udham actor is surely making us fall for him even more.

Unlike her previous look that gave out a lot of Banjara vibes, Bhumi oozed beauty this time. Surprisingly, Sara Ali Khan’s look at the Diwali party was quite off-putting. Be it her choice of lehenga to her styling, Sara surely didn’t style according to the festival vibes. She looked pretty dull and vague on her recent outing.
Satish Kaushik passed away in the wee hours of Thursday, March 9. Satish Kaushik suffered a heart attack. Following the news of his death, Anupam Kher, who shared a great camaraderie with Satish, was spotted at his house for the funeral. During his interaction with the media, Anupam recalled fond memories of the late actor.

Earlier today, Anupam shared a picture of himself with the late actor on Twitter and penned an emotional note. The actor’s note read, “I know that death is the ultimate truth but never in my dreams I thought that I would have to write that about my best friend Satish Kaushik. A sudden full stop to 45 years of friendship. Life will never be the same without you Satish! Om Shanti.”
